By ordering you are confirming you are happy with the data you have entered.

We will modfiy the layout to best suite the requested design, for example we will size and centeralise the text as needed.
Mistakes
If you notice you have made a mistake, you need to contact us as soon as possible, because once an item is engraved it can not be changed.
Refunds
Read our refund policy, but in short, we will not refund or replace an item where the customer has made a mistake.

Plaque arrived in good time, great value for money and very well made. However the ‘cross’ motif was unappreciated as my cat was ‘atheist’.
