Return Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible, by email, info@rs-engraving.co.uk. If your order has already been engraved, we are sorry, but we would be unable to cancel the order.


If your item is damaged in transit, please inform us as soon as possible.  We will replace the item if it arrives broken.  We may ask for pictures of the damage to the items.

Please note we do not accept returns on personalised items that you have misspelled, UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will offer a replacement or full refund. We may ask for pictures of the item.
