Spelling, Capitalisation and Punctuation.

Spelling, capitalisation and punctuation is the customers responsibilty, we dont check this as the data you enter is automatically entered onto the design.

By ordering you are confirming you are happy with the data you have entered.

Pictures/Emoji

Unless agreed in advance, do not add pictures/emoji to engraved products, in most cases these simply do not angrave, if you want these you should contact us first to so if its possible, there may be an extra cost for some logos

Holes

Our signs are in most cases pre-drilled, as such most of our signs are not available without holes.. In cases where holes are optional there will be a selection option for the holes during customisation.

WE WILL

We will modfiy the layout to best suite the requested design, for example we will size and centeralise the text as needed.

Mistakes

If you notice you have made a mistake, you need to contact us as soon as possible, because once an item is engraved it can not be changed.

Refunds

Read our refund policy, but in short, we will not refund or replace an item where the customer has made a mistake.
