JUST AWESOME!!
All I did was an Internet search for a company who engraved slate and RS Engraving popped up. I liked the user friendly website and was pretty impressed with the low postage costs. Anyway, I made a telephone enquiry, left a message and then had a response very quickly. My design idea was discussed followed by a drawing of the design being sent to me the next morning.
This was very important to me as it was ordered to replace a slate sign my late wife had made for a gazebo in the garden, so it needed to be perfect as far as I was concerned.
I have just opened the package this morning and the sign is just awesome! Beautifully engraved, a truly lovely design and.....well, I'm just blown away by it. Simples! It's such an emotionally charged item for me and I simply could not possibly have been more impressed by the service, the quality of the item, the professionalism of the company and the whole ordering experience.
Trust me, don't waste your time and money with other providers who then send you a wafer thin piece of slate with the text painted on. This one from RS is just next level, and in fact actually cost significantly less than the poor quality sign it replaced. A company like RS Engraving is thoroughly deserving of your support.
